A listing cannot go live without a readable certificate, its issuing body and an expiry date we can monitor.
Bound to the item
The certificate is attached to the SKU you are buying, not to the shop that sells it, so a broad shop badge cannot cover a narrow product.
Expiry in the open
Every listing shows the certificate number and the date it runs out, on the product page and in your basket.

How verification works
Four checks between a seller and your basket.
Sellers upload the certificate, not a claim. It is tied to the specific products it names, and it travels with the listing all the way to your order.

Document intake
The certificate, its issuing body and its expiry date are captured when the product is listed.

We record which authority issued it — JAKIM, MUIS, BPJPH or ESMA — and show that on the listing.

Scope binding
The certificate is attached to the SKU it names. A shop-wide badge never covers a product the annex leaves out.
